Saw Si Thu, the Business Development and Research Manager at ‘The Bridge’,  earned his BA in Psychology from Dagon University. He previously worked for MPRL E&P Pte. Company’s CSR department as the Engagement Officer in Yangon and Mann oil field offices. He also worked as a community liaison officer and social investment program officer for Shell’s CSR Project. In 2012, he worked in Shwe Gas Movement in Chiang Mai. He has eight years of working experience with solid understanding of ethnically diverse contexts in government relations, community investments, social mobilisation, project monitoring and evaluations, legal translation, social research, community liaison and organisational performance.
