Aung Nay Mong, the Managing Director and one of the founders of ‘The Bridge’, is a Fulbright Scholar who earned his Master of Public Administration with the concentration in international development and non-profit management from Maxwell School, Syracuse University, New York, in 2018. He also earned his Bachelor of Social Sciences in Policy Studies and Administration from City University of Hong Kong in 2012 with the focus on international development and public management. Aung Nay Mong has been working as a consultant and researcher in the areas of democratization, human rights, legal awareness, public sector reforms, community development and education in Myanmar with different non-profit, public and private organisations. He also has been working as a professional interpreter (both simultaneous and consecutive) and translator for the past seven years.
