Internship Program
The Bridge Research and Consultancy has been hosting a social research internship program and offering learning opportunities for youth at The Bridge. Youth internship program provide youth with opportunities to learn process research in general, data collection methods and basic knowledge of data analysis.
In 2019, TBRC has also received interns from “One Week with Chevening Alumni” internship program in cooperation with Chevening Alumni Association Myanmar, supported by the British Embassy in Myanmar. The program aims to inspire youth through their experiential learning by working together with Chevening Alumni in Myanmar and create further opportunities for youth to pursue master degrees in the UK.
Youth Capacity Building Program
The Bridge Research and Consultancy has established a “Youth Capacity Building Program” under Social Investment Program for youth including university students and graduates. The program helps youth enhance their capacity and skills in designing their CVs, preparing for job interviews and other interpersonal skills required for their professional development in the future.
The program aims to build networking and relationships and, encourage peer learning among youth. Youth may sign up for training sessions or seminars depending on their topic preferences.
Professional Skill Development Trainings
We believe that our employees must benefit from working with The Bridge. We assure that our staff and consultants are competent in their professional fields to deliver the best quality services to our clients.
Thus, The Bridge provides a series of capacity development trainings, including language trainings for its staff to help them excel their skills in their professional fields.
