Roi Seng is an Administrative and Finance Officer of the Bridge Research and Consultancy. She holds a B.Sc. Mathematics from the University of Myitkyina and completed LCCI level III and advanced excel accounting at the Advance Financial Service. She has both financial and programming experience.

Before joining The Bridge team, she worked for Naushawng Development Institute as project a coordinator and research facilitator. She also worked as a Finance and Administrative Assistant at TheikKhar Myanmar’s Arts and Social Science Intensive College Program in Taunggyi and Northern Shan State.

While working with The Bridge, not only does she manage financial matters but she also contributes to the management of research project such as organising data entry teams to help with data management. She also participates in data collection and data entry to enhance her research skills.
