Surveys are a valuable means of observing knowledge, attitudes and practices, and measuring changes in behaviour of a particular population over time. Many of our clients require survey services to collect quality data from a large target population, which may be challenging for clients to conduct themselves.  The Bridge have experience conducting a range of surveys for international not-for-profit and private organisations, collecting qualitative and quantitative data on a range of topics using both electronic, remote and in-person data collection.

We design surveys based on widely used tools but maximising quality and contextual relevance with our methodology and team. We ensure quality by applying by the ‘total survey error approach’, which considers factors affecting the reliability of data at all stages from sampling strategy, to survey design, to analysis. In this way, data errors and reliability issues are identified and mitigated as far as possible. Our consultants’ technical knowledge allows us to develop surveys covering a range of subject areas, including communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
